Coverage for the evening paper, Pulse desk, Toolkit, and Saved shelf. Name the tab and whether Prefs → Clear was used.
01How to write the desk
Email support@qfxmax.app. Include iOS version, QFXMAX 1.0, the tab (Home / News / Pulse / Tools / Saved), and whether bookmarks still appear after you leave and reopen the screen.

04Playbooks
Stuck on splash / unexpected web page
At launch the app checks a configuration endpoint. If the network fails it should fall back to the local desk. Force-quit, confirm connectivity, reopen. If a remote portal stays up, note the URL domain in your email.
Shelf still empty
Open News → an article → bookmark. Marks appear under Saved. Prefs → Clear bookmarks removes them permanently on this device.
Pulse numbers look odd
Pulse is a read-only cognition desk with local jitter for demonstration. It is not an execution venue. Refresh on the Pulse / Toolkit screens updates demo lanes and sentiment dials.
Paper reminder silent
Enable Paper reminder in Prefs and allow notifications for QFXMAX in iOS Settings if you expect alerts.
Font size wrong
Saved → Prefs → Body size slider (about 85%–135%). Changes persist on device after you leave the screen.
Replay welcome
Prefs → Replay welcome returns the intro reel. Bookmarks remain unless you separately clear marks or film.
